Piper Kelly is a 19 year old climber from Indianapolis, Indiana. She has been climbing competitively since she was 11, and started specializing in speed in 2016. Since then Piper has had opportunities to compete in three Youth World Championships, one Youth PanAmerican Championship, one Open PanAmerican Championship, one World Cup, and one Open World Championship. Her proudest accomplishments are winning both the Youth and Open PanAmerican Championships, setting the open national record in the process, as well as placing 11th in her first World Cup. Now, Piper is excited to start school this year to study exercise science and psychology, with a focus on sports performance. She plans to continue competing in speed internationally through school, and hopefully make the 2024 Paris Olympic Games!
